Cramped bathrooms could really use a redesign!!! The noise from underground trains is quite disruptive, making it hard to relax!!! More amenities like refrigerators in rooms would enhance the experience significantly!!!

I had an amazing stay! The air conditioning was perfect for the heatwave, and the bathroom was modern with a fantastic shower—just what I needed. Surprisingly, the room looked exactly like the photos, which rarely happens.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the deluxe triple room, which accommodated our family comfortably.

Then, there’s Tozi Restaurant & Bar if you're in the mood for some killer Italian small plates. location wise, it’s just a hop away from Victoria Station, making it super easy to explore nearby pubs and eateries.

Really liked the location, super close to Victoria station and a bunch of coffee shops. The room was decent for a solo night, comfy enough with good blackout curtains. It was on a quiet street, which was nice. Only thing was check-in time was kinda late at 2 PM, but it worked fine for me.
